      I can't believe I overlooked adding this book from the beginning. I keep a copy at arms length and have worn out at least 4 copies. I cannot recommend this book enough. It get to the guts of grammar and clears the mists of Latin structure like no other book I have found. This is a terrific gift book for any person in your life that studies Latin.4/5(8). Basic numeracy and literacy skills are a near universal prerequisite for success in life. You need to be able to read and write well, and have basic reading comprehension. And you need to be able to understand basic math and do basic math. However, kids are not guaranteed to master basic literacy and numeracy just because they attend school.
